Re-learning commands

This article will continually be updated, one as a help for others and two to remind me in case I forget

Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.

It's been a while since I've had to use Terminal, SFTP and the various Ghost commands, as I've not touched my DigitalOcean installation or Ghost in several years.

The basics I now am aiming to remember:

SFTP Access via terminal

sftp [email protected]

You can use Terminal (if you're a MacOS user) or Terminus (iPad OS) with the above to access your installation and files.

I then remembered Coda 2 has an excellent SFTP manager built in...which has a much easier UI than using Terminal. I'd fully recommend Coda, which I've used for any development work (mostly HTML/CSS with a bit of Ruby / PHP...)

Restarting the Ghost installation

cd /var/www/ghost/

[email protected]:/var/www/ghost$ ghost restart

Resolving issues between Cloudflare and LetsEncrypt SSL

LetsEncrypt SSL is generated when creating the Ghost Droplet via Digital Ocean, by setting the Cloudflare SSL to "Full". This was incredibly frustrating until I found a few blog articles describing this issue.
