Once again, I realised I needed to weigh myself, as clothes were getting tighter and I generally wasn't happy with my appearence.

I was shocked to discover I weighed 98.7kg. That's 15.5 Stone. A BMI of 29.5.

That's a lot of weight to be carrying around. I was struggling to breathe up hills, fit into shirts and jeans. I realised this was me almost hitting rock-bottom and I needed to do something drastic.

I put together a diet and exercise plan (which will be in a separate post) and for 18 days now, I've followed it.

I'm pleased to say, I now weigh 91.1kg, which is 14.3 stone and a BMI of 27.2.

I've lost:
1. 7.6kg
2. 4.5% body fat (3.8kg of fat gone!)

I want to get down to 83kg in another few weeks. Onwards and upwards!
