healthy lunch, ish

During my healthy eating drive over the past couple of months, I've been looking to drastically cut down on carbs and fat. I've been trying to do this by not eating any chocolate, cakes, biscuits etc and by eating potentially more, healthy food at lunch and less in the evening.

Apart from the two binge days I have, where I don't care how far above the 1,480 calorie goal I am.

Today was not a binge day, so eating relatively healthily:
Two medium eggs, poached
Half a packet of Scottish Oak Smoked Salmon (Sainsbury's Taste the Difference)
Half a packet of Caesar Salad (Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself - without dressing)

All in, it's around 300 calories. Not bad, very tasty as well!
