It may be that I didn't notice before, but I used the Fitbit app's built-in run tracker instead of Runkeeper yesterday, for the first time in several months, as I'd seen a notification that it'd been updated.
It's much improved on the desktop and I think I might have to use this going forward instead of Runkeeper. The app now provides (similar to Runkeeper):
- GPS tracking overlayed on a map
- Audio cues (distance/time/average pace)
- Where you hit each kilometre
- Heart rate (all in one place rather than having to manually enter into Runkeeper!)
I've added an image below from yesterday's short, but fast (for me) run.
One less app to use!
