Salmon - high protein

My diet plan is fairly simple. Heavily reduce carb intake, increase protein intake. Reduce overall calories.

I've removed the below from my diet, with the top three being what I believe to be, the main reasons for my weightloss outside of exercise:
1. Bread (and related products)
2. Rice
3. Potato (and related products)
4. Chocolate
5. Sweets in general
6. Anything deemed a "dessert", apart from fruit.

My average food intake looks like this:

Breakfast: Porridge (carbs, but you still need them!)
Lunch: Salmon fillet (pre-cooked), poached or hard-boiled egg and spinach.
Dinner: Protein-based food (fish or Soya-based vegetarian product) with vegetables or salad. Aim to eat before 19:00 on each day.

Average calorie intake for now is 800 calories.

I would also like to point out, there is nothing saying this will work for everyone. It isn't easy changing your mind-set on what you would normally eat or think. It's hard work. I'm also not saying this type of weight-loss is healthy! I don't know yet, but I'm happy with the results so far.
